We have a requirements for Paddle and Razorpay payment gateways, your plugin does not support these payment gateways, we are not interested in arguing if its a missing feature or a bug with you. However you are asking us to purchase custom services to integrate these payment gateways for them to work for us.

So its definite that without your custom services your plugins cannot work for us. You do understand this, but still are not processing our refund.

As per your refund if the plugin does not work for us and if we request for refund within 30 days of the purchase and provide your the necessary info, you will try to solve the problem, and if you are not able to solve the problem, then you will provide the refund.

However in our case you are clearly saying that we will need custom services to get your product working for our requirements, which means your product does not work for us, and we requested for the refund within 30 days of the purchase period, yet you are not processing our refund, which means you are not honoring your refund policy.

I tried the above solution, however the same does not work on this website http://pushpanjaligardens.com

I have another finding though, the above WordPress install is transferred from one server to another, there after when we install Ithemes security, the above error occurs.

On domains that I have installed wordpress from scratch (i.e. it is a new install) and there after I install ithemes security, the same works fine.
