At the bottom of page General Settings I pushed the button Restore Default Settings. My dropdown menu is back!!

Just installed W3 Total Cache again and it broke again my dropdown menu. I didn’t change the settings, so it was default. Now I deactivate it again and I made 2 screenshots.
Without W3 Total Cache:
