Sorry if my explanation was a bit hard to understand.
The menu that I’m trying to work with is on this page: http://www.hometownsocial.net/alicias/restaurant-menu/
Right now, I only have one of the buttons linked, the “Apertivos” button, which is linked to a ID of #apertivos, and goes that that section when clicked. I tested it on my computer, and it’s working fine on a desktop, but I see now that it’s only on a mobile device that it doesn’t work correctly.
If I scroll to the bottom of the page on a mobile device, and then tap on the “sticky” menu, instead of the drop down coming down when tapped, it first brings you back to the top of the page, and then you have to tap it again to get the drop down to happen. Does that make sense?
