Same issue here. Is this plugin no longer receiving updates?
This fix does not cover it for us and our sites. from blog posts to spacing issues. I find it horrendous that a company with so many clients and sites goes ahead with major changes like this without testing properly beforehand.

Tried stealing your solution with the html and [pixoeditor download=”true”] , but all I get is an input field, no button for upload/edit. I am no coder, so if you have a spare minute to let me know how you managed it that would be greatly appreciated!
