So I still really need help with this. I went through every suggested fix… I restored the database, I re-uploaded the original version of the edited files, I went into the usermeta table and checked the settings (they were all fine)… I’ve done just about everything that’s been recommended and everything I can think of and there is still no change. I’m considering uninstalling and then reinstalling, but what good would that do? I’d be installing the same files I’ve already re-uploaded, and using the same database I used to restore…

Thanks so much for that advice 🙂 Unfortunately the plugin didn’t work. Not because it didn’t work but because I can’t even get into where I can enable the plugins. When I try to log into the admin area typing in the correct path I get this response: “ERROR: WordPress requires Cookies but your browser does not support them or they are blocked.” Which is weird since my browser DOES support them and they’re not blocked. I don’t know if that’s related or not.

But the good thing is that all of my pages are still there! The paths are just a bit confused. Anyone have any insight on the SymLink thing, or know of another way?
