Yes I’ve check all those things, and after try to desactive and uninstall de plug in, it finally don’t send test email. Where is the exact link for request and have a ticket please ?

I’ve active them and can see the abandonment cart, but no e-mail is send

The test e-mail work, but the automaticall e-mail doesn’t. I’m working with
wordpress 4.4.2–fr_FR and woocommerce 2.5.3
Finally, i’ve only eddit the woocommerce-ac.php file and its awesome thank yuo so much
Please I don’t have the file email.php can you help me ?
