I got this error too but the form worked properly anyway until yesterday. One of my colleague got an email from someone requesting for an estimate, but the email address appears nowhere.
Is there any way to find that person’s contact or is it lost?
I kind of fixed the problem for later cases by adding [your-email] in 2 other locations (additional headers and message), but I wouldn’t want to lose a potential client…
