Turns out that cache was the problem. I cleared it maybe 2 versions ago and didn’t noticed that I have newer versions of AMP plugin.

On my second blog (which has near all the same configuration and plugins) I have article published which has been never edited. And on that first blog everything is okay. On second – google reports error with missing updated structured metadata.
