And what about video? how can I set Video (just like in your demo page) in some posts I have Youtube videos instead of images, so is there something like featured image for videos?

for 3. well, even though the stars are required fields, I think that the theme should notify the user about blank fields before going to WordPress default error page. but hey, I’m a UX guy so I can only suggest, developing is your field 😉
