The plugin works OK for me, and I have the cache program installed and enabled. But it still takes forever sometimes to load the page. I also sometimes get a “permissoin denied” message from the server it tries to get the data from.

I have the same problem.
Also – the button to go back to teh previous month disappears.
An additional question – are there any other good calendar styles? I really hate the “normal” one that comes with WP – but i”ve seen good ones around, just not compiled in a list anywhere.
