I just removed all entries of fedex,usps and ups and then enter usps details and then try with your tracking number.
ITS WORKING PERFECT.May be you are facing such problem due to some other plugin confliction.
Please de-activate all plugins and use my plugin then check it.

I got the problem. Actually you havn’t fill the FUU setting form.
