I have looked through both links you sent and found storemapper for wordpress and wpstore locator free wordpress plugin.
Until I can find someone to support my site fully, I will need to do this myself, do you think either of these will do this very simple job for me?

when i search installed plugins I find this

I know a little bit about wordpress so can update parts of my website but I’m floundering!! and when I hit problems I am lost!
