Sorry, I don’t understand exactly what you mean by page?
We don’t directly go to a page in WooCommerce Backend when making a refund. Instead, we refund orders in PayPal or Amazon Pay. The status of these orders is then automatically transferred to WooCommerce and an error is then displayed in the activity log.

We tried to make a video, but this time it worked. No new account was created and the order email was sent to the correct address. Unfortunately, the colleague who pointed this problem out to us is currently on vacation and we cannot follow her exact steps. We will continue to monitor this and I will let you know if the problem occurs again.
