Tijmen guided me from the beginning.
Checked .htaccess, console, folders/files and server settings.
The IIS server seems to block .woff (font files). So deleted those ‘woff’ parts from the CSS files.
Deactivated plugins one by one.
The issue caused a plugin conflict with https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/neat-slider
Solution: Deactivated Neat Slider plugin. Next waiting for update or use alternative plugin.
