Seems that problem exists only if choosen: Product Variety mode. Simple product keeps this field after product publishing.
And if I make changes again and selecting: Simple product, field comes back to the product.

Also issue exists with the product just after publishing it. I created a new product -> than saw this ” my new field” which I filled in -> published product -> field is gone? Product page showing N/A and Product edit page is missing this field.

Figured out that issue exits with already created products, if I create a new product these fields are be visible! Might be a small bug? 😀
