No I did not install any cache plugin to my site. I also just clear my web browser cache. no changes. Also the post not appear on my dashboard as well.

I have the same issue. only the left panel is showing, the rest is empty. I want do some changes on the theme but the theme customizer is not showing. How can I solve this problem ?
