I had to clear my server cache through my hosting service. As mentioned in my original post, I am not using any client cache plugin. However, it still did not show my reflected changes and images, layout, etc. was broken.

Then I deactivated all my plugins one by one and found that on deactivating Hueman Addons plugin, Safari and Firefox on mac started behaving well. Can this remain deactivated? What is the alternative?
However, it still shows broken layout in mobile.

I regenerated my thumbnails too. However, now it has changed all my thumbnails to default Hueman size ignoring the size I have changed in my child theme.
