    The problem seems to be a conflict with the Folders plugin which allows me to organise media files etc. I’ve disabled it for the time-being and will keep an eye out for updates to this and and then Category Colors plugin to see if reactivating it in the future doesn’t cause a conflict.

    Thank you so much for that CSS Martin. That has worked.

    But it’s also introduced another issue. I can see a bullet dot over the thumbnail image now where there must be a rogue text element.

    Would you know how I remove that? Or perhaps a way to position the thumbnail in front of it?
