I solved the problem. I’m sure it had anything to do with All-in-One migration. I was finally able to access the dashboard via http://www.copperstategraphics/wp-login.php and then I re-installed W3 Total cache. That solved my dashboard access problem. Then I went to the permalink page and saved twice as recommended in other posts and now the entire site is working properly.
All-in-One is a great tool. The actual migration of the website was easy. I just ran into bad luck with W3 Total Cache. I have since migrated another site, this time removing W3 Total Cache first and the migration went smoothly.
