Don’t those two things conflict? If you disable the ability for users to change their password, then they can’t get into their WordPress accounts when LDAP is unavailable.
This is correct. Actually, when the LDAP server not available, the users can’t login into WordPress. In other applications, is not possible change the password when the access is from LDAP.
Dashboard > Authorizer > Advanced > Disable WordPress logins should get you what you need.
The problem is when the LDAP service are not available, any user can’t login in WordPress.
Dashboard > Authorizer > External Service > Custom lost password URL
This option is configured and i works.
