Apparently it was Root Relative URLs and this is a somewhat known issue (https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/it-fixes-all-urls-so-it-break-external-ones/). Thanks for the suggestion

Yep, that was it. https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wp-google-analytics-events/ was causing issues with multiple plugins on my site. I’m going to followup with them. Thanks for the suggestion

I ran into the same issue with $form[‘gf2excel-addon’]; on lines 110 and 191 of gf2excel-addon.php
