I’ve used this hack to add the wording in the additional CSS:
.wpbdp-main-box .wpbdp-advanced-search-link::after {
content: ” Advanced Search”

In reply to: [Sign-up Sheets] CSV Download Not WorkingHi, we are running 2.2.10 and it still appears not to be working thanks.
Ah yes thanks that is the case!
I’ve just checked our site and it is doing the same thing (different theme to the above)
Hi and thanks. I did try the export/import function but it kept coming up with an error message for invalid date. I looked at your troubleshooting tips and changed the date format which then allowed me to import one test row but it didn’t update the expiry date. I then saw on my own site that the date had to be formatted in reverse so I did that. Then I realised that even though I hadn’t changed other dates on the listings I still had to reformat those as well as (for example) the published date changed itself to today’s date. So the long and the short of it is that I’m not willing to risk importing data that may change when I update the csv file (i.e. I also noticed that my phone number had the leading zero removed). The amount of checking I would need to do makes me think I might as well go through and manually change the expiry dates as that is a much safer option and I am guaranteed there would be no other changes made! Thanks anyway.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Woocommerce not working after update + troubleshootingI had the issue where nothing was showing in the shop and items just got a 404 error so I deactivated Yoast SEO and that seems to have fixed it. Haven’t tried creating new products yet though…

In reply to: [Ultimate Wordpress Auction Plugin] Ultimate Auction crippling web siteHi aysgarth, I did end the big ticket items 5 minutes early just in case (only about 5 of them) then the rest went at the same time. I did intend to space them out but wasn’t able to in the end.

In reply to: [Ultimate Wordpress Auction Plugin] Ultimate Auction crippling web siteJust to update – I changed the code. Our auction ended tonight with around 170 items. The site did go down for about 20 minutes after the auction ended but I left it, assuming that it was just going through the process of sending the emails and it came back up again after that, all fine.
Thanks to the developer of the plugin and the help with the change in code.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Ultimate Wordpress Auction Plugin] Ultimate Auction crippling web siteThanks aysgarth, I’ll update that code nearer the end just in case there is an update. Thanks for your help.

In reply to: [Ultimate Wordpress Auction Plugin] Ultimate Auction crippling web siteHi, so we have an auction running right now with a similar number of items that are all set to finish at the same time – and having read this the question is, is it better to leave them all to finish at the same time or to stagger the finish times say to finishing 10 at a time at maybe 20-30 minute intervals?
Hi payalrajyaguru, I appreciate you looking into this – thanks for checking whether it works – that is not a problem that it doesn’t as long as I know I am not implementing it incorrectly then I can try and rectify it like you have suggested.
Yes the first image is always displayed correctly but subsequent images get stretched if they are not in landscape format.
Hi, sorry I can’t get the sort by excerpt to work having loaded up the new file. I tried clearing the cache but still doesn’t seem to be doing anything.
Also the ‘fix’ I had for the image being the wrong size on the second one onwards actually only caused other issues so if you have a chance would you be able to look at that as well please as I’ve taken out my css code? (check the link on my original post for the example)
Thank you.Wow that is amazing thank you so much – I was doing orderby rather than sortby. Will try that custom code too.
