You must search in admin panel of your host provider for option php update or cURL update. In my admin panel I only change php configuration from “legacy” to “stable” and cURL version was change to version 7.38.0.It worked !!!

I have as well this problem with Mesmerize PROVersion: 1.0.211
It’s totally impossible to scroll on :
Chrome Version 63.0.3239.132 (Build officiel) (64 bits)
Safari Version 11.0.2 (13604.4.7.1.3)
Espacially when the option Enable smooth scrolling is checked.On ipad or Iphone it’s working correctly
When I uncheck Enable smooth scrolling, it’s better but not so fluid than others theme.
Could you please check and fix ?
The theme is great but for professional it’s important to deliver a good navigation quality.Thanks !

Thanks a lot for your answer. Indeed it’s seems to be link to the mobile navigator. On an iPad for instance it’s working well. I will continue to search. Strange that a such visible functionality is not properly working on mobile.
