Are you using WordPress 5.6? I think it broke this plugin because I see all of the latest supoprt requests here describe an issue similar to mine.

Any chance you’re using WordPress 5.6?
Looks like it broke this plugin, I have this too.

Yup, me too.
I’m using WordPress 5.6 and the theme ColibriWP.
The page only includes the title of the poll I made without the poll itself
