I used the MemberPress plugin along with NinjaForms. Our form is really long so I created a form where they could upload the required documents. NinjaForms allows for “Hidden” fields which I use for our “ADMIN ONLY” fields. Hope that helps!

I changed it and now it works…but I changed it back to Tribe and Page Template and it’s working fine… Not sure WHY it did that to begin with… maybe a bug?
