@v123shine i have my own WP since 2005 without incidents, in this case the problem is in a hosting shared server, i’m only one of Sysadmin team.

Do you solve the problem?. I have the same problem with .bt files (on httdocs and /wp-admin) but i don’t have any other strange txt or directories.

I have root permissions on the machine, and erase the files, but at aprox. 30 seconds they appears again. I make a bash script to compare the more than 4k of ips that contains the file with a netstat and there are not any matches.

Thanks , I had already tried all kinds of deleted and deactivations of files, databases, changes in the wp -config , updated version , etc .. everything except the .htaccess that was what was causing the problem .
