Hey, pro tip solution here: I avoided the whole situation by using the Theme Builder feature in Extra to build a new global header for the site. Doesn’t conflict and works great. Plus it’s way more editable than the default Extra header.
I’m having this issue, too. On the Extra home page and posts, the logo and menu items are all in the wrong position.
