OK, after a LOT of testing, I think I’ve sussed the problem I’m having.

It seems that I have to do the link page FIRST. So any older posts with the keyword won’t link. Is that how it is supposed to work?

PS. I did carry out your suggests. There were no error messages and nothing changed. I can’t upload a screenshot as these forums don’t allow it

OK, so I switched all the content in the CPT to the default Posts type. However, they’re still not linking.

Hi. Thanks for your reply but I”m not sure I really understand. I have no idea if ACF has ‘capability editor’. I simply created a custom post type (no custom fields) and then clicked the add post within the CPT area.

So, am I right in thinking that you are saying your plugin will not link to CPT content (except in Pro version)?

As it is, in settings I was able to add the CPT to “Whitelist of post types, that should be used for linking” which further states “All posts within the allowed post types can link to other posts automatically.” If this is only available in the pro version perhaps it might be a good idea to not allow the CPT to be added, or at least to state that I will need to upgrade to pro.

Unless of course I am misunderstanding?

I don’t have a spam box for that very reason. However, I do apologise as I have now found the email. I don’t have threads nested but somehow it had nested and wasn’t flagged as new! Just not having a good time at the moment am I LOL!

I have just spent several hours redoing the site from scratch, just importing blog posts. I add one product and it STILL says no payments available. I did write to support yesterday, but 72 business hours, it could be a week or more before I hear back :'(

No, Woopayments is not installed. I only have Credit Cards (Stripe) by Payment Plugins – Credit/Debit Cards enabled

Yes, as mentioned I did check the advanced settings and page IDs are correct.

Hi. Thanks for replying.

I tested all the plugins several times! I have just 17 in total, most of which I use on a number of other sites.

The test revealed that if I deactivate at least one plugin (any one it doesn’t matter) a default post can be created, but can not add a gallery. I deactivated as many plugins as I could, leaving just a couple. Was able to create a gallery but not publish it.

I cannot believe that either my usual plugins or the theme (Kadence child) would be detrimental.

Website has been running same plugins, including Sunshine, for a few years on this host. Sometimes had a bit of a hiccup but was always sorted and never anything as bad as this.

Are you able to suggest a host?

The problem is that she has a relatively small budget.

I am making enquiries to the host I have a VPS with (not big enough for this site!), but again it is the cost. They are looking into it, but if you have any that you can recommend that would be great

@nazreenexe – Nope. The only plugin I have installed is Bulk Edit. However, I have created some without using that and it is no different. I have also turned that off with no difference.

The Posters is the one that works correctly. You can see this as size A2 is available for Matte paper, but not Bamboo.

Sweatshirt – colour anthracite should not have sizes 4X or 5X available.
