I was not selecting the option “debit” as in my country, debit means to add, so that didn’t made sense to me, but I was able to do it.

How does this reverse transaction has to be done? I am trying to reduce the money I put on my customer’s wallet but I can’t do it.I didn’t know this plugin does not convert the balance to my customer’s currency.
So I put everything in Mexican Pesos and they are having that same quantity in USD or Euros and that’s a lot! I urgently need to reduce their wallet balances.Thank you so much!

I am so sorry Jose, I am noticing I had another similar installed plugin so it doesn´t make sense to send you the screen shots.
Now that I deleted that plugin and that I am sure I am only using yours, I am not finding where is the part where I create different zones in order that they appear me on each product to then manually change each prize by zone.
I want to be able to do this that is in the specifications of the plugin: “Sell WooCommerce products with higher prices for the United States, and lower prices for India”.
Could you help me please with the instructions?

Thank you for your fast answer. I didn´t noticed you had already answered me.
1. Yes. My products are appearing even using your plugin. When they disappear is when I manually change their price to a specific zone. The test I made was this: I changed the US zone price of one product and asked my brother that lives in USA (I live in Mexico) to tell me what price was appearing to him and he told the product didn´t appear to him anymore. He could see all the products except that one to which I manually changed the price for USA.

I see other persons months ago had the same problem I am having now.
I am not a programmer so I wish that with clear instructions you can help me to solve this in order to not have to pay someone to do it.
I need to solve this ASAP because my customers are leaving the page and not completing their orders when they see these warnings as they thing is a virus or something like that.
