i already did all of this, the notifications are enabled in the woocommerce email settings ,i deactivated all the plugins and switched the theme, i already installed wp smtp and using brevo, still notifications arrive only for shipped order status

I want to mention that the problem is happening in the woocommerce app to manage the store, and not on the website
the currencies on the website are displaying correctly, so the issue is more likely linked to the app
i disabled the xml-rpc by adding this code to theme functions file
add_filter( 'xmlrpc_enabled', '__return_false' );i can login via the new login path made by wps-hide, the normal wp-admin is forbidden (the plugin works as it should)
Great, i don’t get brute force attacks anymore
xml-rpc is not disabled , should i disable it?
