I just figured out a method. If I append my URL with this: /wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=page I can get to the old method. WordPress.com started directing the pages link in the dashboard menu to https://wordpress.com/pages/marketplace.sears.com
Odd and I hope it changes, but in the mean time, I think I can use this work around.
https://marketplace.sears.com/support/ is one of my pages built in customizer that I cannot edit within customizer.
