my wordpress installation is german, still the plugin is in english. so it’s actually not working the way it is supposed to.

the problem is, that in the zip file the ajax folder is missing. this is true for 1.4 and 1.5.1
you can manually download it from the trunk:
http://plugins.svn.ww.wp.xz.cn/responsive-mobile-friendly-tooltip/trunk/
could easily be fixed.
