We are using the Participants Database and have been for some years.
The sign up to our database is on the link ( http://downsyndromeliverpool.org.uk/?page_id=5 ) posted in the post above towards the bottom of the page.
When people fill in the form fields, they get an error when clicking ‘sign up’.
