You’re right the issue isn’t related with theme. I don’t know where the exact problem was but after your advice about the server and permissions, and pasivity of hosting support I decided migrate the site and the issue was fixed.
I keep the problem with the child theme and woocommerce style but everything works fine and I already use mega menu plugin without issues.
After customized theme and woocommerce and change theme to child theme I loose logo in the menu, some colours of woocommerce and any footer widgets, this is wrong right?
I use child theme from the oficial site of Proteo and I don’t add any file, folder or code. I could customize again child theme but what is your recomendation?

But the first installation of this site was Nielsen and then I changed to Proteo, no more changes. All with Yith software…Forum: Themes and Templates

I tried permalinks but doesn’t work.
I never used ssl plugin, maybe i’m wrong but I don’t think so solved by this way

I save the changes but in widgets page keeps the old customization.
All of this without any plugin activated.
I tried to clean .htacces file and save parmalinks too but is the same issue “invalid JSON answer”. And recently new critical error with another plugin.

Por favor, ¿alguna recomendación sobre mega menu para integrar en proteo?
Quad menú no genera errores pero en la vista móvil no termina de adaptarse bien.Estoy teniendo problemas también con el tema hijo, no carga el estilo de woocommerce. Además tenia un par de archivos en el tema hijo anterior (para ajustar el plugin de facturas, también de Yith) y unos ajustes en el functions pero al activar el tema hijo de proteo se desconfigura el menú y no carga bien los estilos de la tienda.
Vengo de utilizar una plantilla de Yith también (Nielsen).¿Alguna idea?
