In reply to: REGENERATE THUMBNAILS PLUGIN ERROR MESSAGENo not really to be honest I am not satisfied with Woozone at all, we had to abandon that project more or less unfortunately. I think this issue is related to the wordpresses theme and compatability with the plugin overall. Customer service sucked! And we just gave up. Please let us know if you have any luck resolving that issue. It is a pain in the ass. Hours of wasted time and energy trying to resolve this issue. VERY FRUSTRATING we know. Good luck!

Also I noticed the settings in the products images dimensions section do not stay saved when you change them. This could be linked to the problem for not being able to correct the size of the images that are being displayed once imported. Please let me know when you discover. This is really annoying. Thanks 🙂

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Product image too big, category images displayed diffent sizesDid anyone find an actual fix to this problem? I have the sane issue. The Product settings for images in the display of woocommerce do not work, when changed and saved they just go back to the same predefined settings. Regenerate thumbnails doesn’t work either.
Any ideas please, I’m completely stuck!

The error message was: The originally uploaded image file cannot be found at /home/sites/heartenergymedicine.com/public_html/wp-content/uploads/http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/51t1sjeEsuL.jpg
Any ideas anyone how to regenerate thumbnails without getting this error message fro every image I want to resize please?
