In reply to: [WCFM Marketplace - Multivendor Marketplace for WooCommerce] Zero supportLook at my support tickets, they have been unanswered for 4 weeks. That is unacceptable. If you however instead of doing ticket system, just encourage people to post here most of your support work will vanish as we are probably asking same question.
I don’t mind changing my reviews and will encourage others to do so if you improve your support and I strongly suggest move all your support question to his forum itself like other plugins.

“But posting negative reviews to demand reply does not look good. It demotivate us and prefer to avoid such users.”
I did pay for this plugin hoping a reasonable conversation because there are plenty of GPL versions available and I didn’t need to pay for the plugin. I don’t expect you to respond 24×7, but at least 3-4 days makes sense. However, my paid tickets have been unresolved for weeks.

What is up with this ticket system. If you open the replies here half of your support effort will be gone.

For test I just used my Authy with another website and it works fine.

In reply to: [Two Factor Authentication] 2FA for each vendor in WCFM multivendorIt’s multivendor platform, so I don’t want to give access to wp-admin page. Can the vendors access 2FA page using login page or additional settings under WCFM accounts, etc?
I deactivated every plugin still I don’t see permanently delete option for media files. It still shows up Trash.
So, are you saying some other plugin is controlling whether the deleted files are removed or not and not wordpress ?
I have multi vendor woocommerce platform so in this case I would say WCFM is only using the media files.

I am not sure I understand your comment. This is what I get from wordpress website:
Deleting files from your Media Library
You can permanently delete any upload from your Media Library. To do so, select the file(s) of your choice and click the Trash icon in the toolbar: Note that unlike posts, pages, and comments, deletions from your media library are permanent and will not be moved to a trash folder.wp-admin -> dashboard -> Media -> Library then selected those individual files and moved them to trash

I meant how do I enable 2FA for other vendors so that if they chose to, they can use it. Right now using WCFM I don’t see option available for individual vendors to enable 2FA if they chose to have it enabled.
