    Hi,

    Thanks for your guidance.

    I’ve checked the plugin menu in my WordPress dashboard (Polytranslate AI), but I only see “Settings” and “Account”—there is no “Contact Us” page or support option available.

    Could you please confirm where exactly this option should appear, or provide a direct link to the support page?

    Currently, I’m using Claude Sonnet 4.6, which may explain the timeout issue. I’ll switch to a non-thinking model like GPT-5 mini and test again.

    I have a couple of follow-up questions:

    1. Best model for high-quality translation
      I’m not only looking for literal translation, but for content that feels native in each language (including adapting phrasing and context when needed).
      Which model do you recommend for this kind of natural, localized translation across multiple languages?
    2. Issue with Essential Addons tables (Elementor)
      I’m using tables from the Essential Addons for Elementor plugin, and I noticed that the content inside these tables is not being translated.
      Is this a known limitation?
      Is there a way to make the plugin detect and translate table content (e.g., via custom fields, selectors, or compatibility settings)?

    I noticed another thing that could be the problem but how to fix it,

    the page doesn’t show anything until click one time on it for instance the WhatsApp and Zendesk icons don’t appear like you need to click one time to activate the page then click on the menu
