I’ve succeeded to reach that page but there are many categories here : should I go to Template category ? If so, what should I see ? It’s too bad I can’t send you a screenshot….
In the html model category, there is a list of email and it looks like this :basel-child/woocommerce/emails/email-addresses.php,
basel-child/woocommerce/emails/plain/customer-completed-order.php,…

Ben Ritner, please you wrote “woocommerce > status scroll down to the template overrides”I am not sure I understand what ou said. Now I am here : I’ve clicked on “Woocommerce > Personnaliser les emails (sorry, it’s in French) and then it leads me to the mail personalizer Kadence. I’ve chosen an email model, I’ve selected it and then I scrolled down and clicked on “Charge the model”. This message appear “WARNING: This will override all of your current settings. Are you sure you want to do that? We suggest geting an export of your current settings incase you want to revert back.” I click OK. That’s what I did before, and it deleted all the texts that I’ve created before so it normally has applied, right ? But I can’t see any changes.
I’ve just tried again. I override emails and did go to footer settings, there I am able to put a text in the footer and I can see the changes but I can’t see the social media (there I have selected black color for icons and title and white background color for the footer).
In the area type of mail, I have selected the standard one (not a real order) but the text on the email order and the text I am typing on the left hand side is not showing up on the right hand side. Please help
