Thank you for the detailed analysis. Yes, the trigger is the Germanized/StoreaBill hook storeabill_packing_slip_rendered. Previously, PrintPilot utilized only a very short-term duplicate protection mechanism here – implemented via Transients – which allowed subsequent render events triggered by Sendcloud or WP-Lister tracking updates to result in duplicate prints.

I have adjusted this: Going forward, once a packing slip has been successfully auto-printed, it will be permanently marked as such for that specific WooCommerce order. Subsequent render events for the same order will then be ignored, while Sendcloud label generation and tracking updates will continue to function as normal.

Packing slips that were printed prior to this update do not yet carry this mark retroactively; however, the permanent protection will take effect starting with the first successful print performed using the updated version.
