The Column chart is a premium chart and it has been for a long time. This was not a change introduced with the latest update.

I’m trying to approach the topic differently: I manually removed the plugin and the tables associated with it (with the
_mailpoetprefix).Unfortunately, after reinstalling and enabling the plugin, the Mailpoet menu still doesn’t appear 🙁

I added the configuration:
define('DB_CHARSET', 'utf8mb4');define('DB_COLLATE', 'utf8mb4_unicode_ci');Still doesn’t change anything.
I don’t understand why other things (plugins) work after changing the database, only one plugin doesn’t…

GetResponseUpdate 5.3.34 was released 2 days ago. Has anything changed on this topic?
The user and his permissions remain unchanged. In wp-config the encoding is set to utf8 – still no MailPoet panel.
Reinstalling via FTP doesn’t change anything either.

Niestety, jeśli produkt był już na promocji i obniżymy go jeszcze bardziej – chociażby o złotówkę, to wtyczka podaje te najniższą cenę, a nie te sprzed odjęcia tej złotówki…

- Install and activate the Code Snippets plugin.
- Add this snippet and run it once (be sure it does not stay activated).
I get this message:

It looks like changing the format to woff2 solves the problem- I changed it on the test site for now and it’s ok, I’ll try to do it on production on Monday, so thanks for the hint. I’ll let you know if it’s ok and then I’ll close the thread.
