After you wrote, I went around and made the attempt at two other, separate desktop computers, and the fault does indeed seem to lie with my laptop. Pehaps it is a caching issue? I am not good with computers.

Danny was super helpful, and I am eternally thankful for the prompt, and professional help I recieved. I can finally update my site which has been stagnant for the past months!
I had a closer look on my addons, and I noticed that one of them; WPZOOM Beaver something templates, hadn’t been improved upon since two years ago by the makers. I removed it and installed another addon that was updated atleast 4 weeks ago. “Ultimate Addons for Beaver Builder – Lite” and now I can use Beaver Builder as before. I hope it might help you as well.
Unfortunately I added LiteSpeed Cache after the issues with the links arose, although your solution seems to have worked! Thank you so much, Pavel. I am very grateful that you took time out of your day to help me with this (for me) huge problem. I wish you well.
