I have the same probleme and the only plugin we have in common is WPForms.
Maybe we should check the compatibility between those 2 plugins.

The thing is I don’t want to use default theme and I do want to use my other plugins.
It used to work perfectly before I tried to have a responsive form.
Actualy it was a permalink problem!
It works perfectly now!
