Forgive me. I don’t understand what Modal Dialog is. But the way I used it was just by putting the code in a page and the code at the bottom right above the address.
The plugin is disabled, because that is the only way I can get into the blog to try to finish it. Yes, I am using shortcodes.

I have a similar issue. After pressing enter when I login it only updates the screen but the login does not got through. If I go to a blog post and click below “You must be logged in to comment” It logs me in but takes me to a “footer content page” What do you suggest ?
