That hadn’t occured to me because I thought the only bit of Jetpack I was using was the Site Stats application. But thanks, will give it a try…..

I have had the identical problem.
I deactivated, deleted, and then re-uploaded and activated.
Google Analytics is still reporting the tracking code isn’t installed, even though I have verified the header to check that it is there (view source code for: http://www.barryflynn.com).
I can understand the data might take some time to appear, but not the fact that GA is reporting that the tracking code isn’t there even when I can see the correct code is!
