Basically the theme doesnot allow removing the header via the option. However if you can create the landing page and assign your header into those pages, I can help you remove the header of the Spacious theme.
So first, please create the landing page and assign the header you created, and then let me know. I will provide you with the code to remove the Spacious header.

You can display more than four posts in a specific category. To do so, navigate to the respective widget area and change the value of the Number of Posts to be displayed as five or more, as shown in the screenshot here: https://prnt.sc/9n80Am42fLZe
Doing so will display the number of posts added to the frontend area. If you still get the issue on your end, please share the screenshot, and I will get back to you.

The section appearing with the page title is the page header appearing on your end. In order to remove it, you can navigate to each individual page setting and disable the page header from appearing. The issue with the menu items not appearing on the frontend area is due to the small value of mobile menu font -size. You’ll need to increase the value of font-size for mobile menu.

In order to customize the menu on the mobile device, you don’t have to use third-party plugins. The Zakra theme supports customizing the menu on the mobile device. The site link you have shared has some typo errors, due to which I am not being able to check the issue.
