Hi Chaps,

Many thanks for your quick reply. We found a sort of workaround of hitting “forgot your password”, but some people have already logged in straight away, so like you say, the password must have been sent to their email.

@affmngr no, no debug option enabled (although I did see it in the admin section). What I will do, is I will contact some of my new affiliates and ask them how they received their password. Consider this resolved, cheers chaps! 🙂

I had a little browse through the Stripe developer page and found the 404 errors all listed. If I go into one, I get the below details:

Hi Matt,

Apologies, the message should miss out the quotes really. Essentially, what we are trying to do, is to add a donation button or a way in general to add a donation to the checkout page of our website (WooCommerce). I believe you call this the Upsell For WooCommerce?

Please correct if I am wrong, but this seems to be a paid add-on? While it is understandable that you should get some reimbursement for your hard work, we do not think the way the fee structure is set up at the moment will work for us.

Resolved – it was the options in the Shipping Options of the Shipping tab in the WooCommerce settings.

Play around with the following two:
1. Enable the shipping calculator on the cart page
2. Hide shipping costs until an address is entered
