Actually…. while looking through your code I see it is already implemented. I just needed to alter the URL to query_adsense=PAGE_VIEWS_CTR to view CTR in the graph.
And while writing this I saw the numbers below the graph are also already links to this.
Thus what I was looking for was already there, I just hadn’t found it. Awesome.
I guess I will alter my suggestion then to make them all available within the same graph, maybe use http://dygraphs.com/ instead of google’s jsapi.
