Ditto here, only file size is <100 MB! All plugins are deactivated (except all in one wp) I’ve deactivated, uninstalled, reinstalled- still stuck after 6 hours at 1.22%!

BTW The upload file was created by all in One wp migration plugin there are not a lot of media files and the file size is less than 100 MB. Still I increased the max file upload size. Nothing.
I’ve been having trouble with this plugin as well. It will not (tried all night) import a copy of my clients finished website. It is incredibly slow this time (6 hrs and at 1.22%). Never had issues before. Client is impatient. Do I rebuild the clients entire site manually? I’ve followed your troubleshooting guide to no avail. Please advise
