I’ve gone ahead and pasted the form code here
I also did a bit of testing from my side, I have delete the extra css, made a fresh page that doesn’t have anything on it, except for the button to the popup, and it works fine there for some reason. If the same button is on any of the “course” pages, like the first one i sent you, it doesn’t work, not sure why.

It works when it on a page by itself on pc, but not so well on mobile, seems to hide under the android keyboard.

under academy, the “enquire now” button, don’t mind the colors, important is the calendar popping up.
Also, how can I get rid of that horizontal optin form at the bottom, and only show the embedded forminator shortcode form?
