Hi Jarryd
All I did was install the update, previously running 2.12.10. The error appears immediately on installing the update.

In reply to: [WP JV Post Reading Groups] Compatibility issuesI don’t get that problem, but I have in any case abandoned this plugin in favour of the Groups plugin which does something very similar.
OK, got it……the stored value (I think) is a urlencoded json array…so it needs to be decoded twice. This works:
while ( $wp_query->have_posts() ) : $wp_query->the_post(); $content = parse_blocks(get_the_content()); $blockContent = $content[0]['attrs']; $image_json = urldecode($blockContent['image']); $image_object = json_decode($logo_json); $supporters[] = array( 'title' => '<h3>'.get_the_title().'</h3>', 'description' => '<p>'.$blockContent['description'].'</p>', 'imageId' => $image_object->id ); endwhile;Yes, it is OK now, thanks.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Fatal Error with WP QueryI’d like to echo @nickfmc’s reply. My site has been working for more than three years now and nulls $wp_query temporarily in order to run (many) custom queries on custom post types. I also have used this technique many times and never had an issue with any plugin.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Fatal Error with WP QueryI’m also seeing this error since updating to 4.6.9

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Internal Server errors with WP 4.7.1This sounds like the original issue I had, which was fixed in a release and has not recurred. However, I did also have to increase the memory limit in WordPress otherwise I still got a white screen after activating the plugin.
The simplest way to do this is to add this line to wp-config.php:
define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '64M' );The form fields to start a new topic should be at the bottom of the screen when you view the support forum for Events Calendar.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Internal Server errors with WP 4.7.1Hi Caroline
On further investigation, although this manifested in the same way as the original issue, the latest problem was just a memory overflow, so it looks like this is now OK. Plugin is re-enabled and site is fine. Thanks for the response.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Internal Server errors with WP 4.7.1Hi
Thanks for the update. I still get a blank white page after updating and activating the plugin. As before I then cannot install or activate any further plugins.Note I am not using a custom stylesheet for Events Calendar.
Regards

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Internal Server errors with WP 4.7.1Just to bump this, this is NOT happening on a Windows server. Some news of a fix would be appreciated.

In reply to: [Smart Slider 2] Links not clickable on touchscreensThanks, that was the problem.

In reply to: [SimplyRETS Real Estate IDX] Property details not displayed in some themesSo, no response here, but the issue occurred because the theme does not use the standard WP function the_content(). The plugin hooks into this to display the listing, so that’s why there’s no details displayed.
I resolved this by creating a new custom template
single-sr-listings.php(for the custom post type created by the plugin) in a child theme and addingthe_content()to this template.Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Unable to edit Image Gallery after 4.2.2 Update@vixdin3773, I have had a similar issue this afternoon, also manifesting after the WP 4.2.2 upgrade.
In my case, the custom theme was applying the theme style to admin via editor-style.css, which was importing style.css from the theme. This particular theme has a sticky footer which employs this css:
html, body { height: 100%; }and it was this css that was causing the problem in admin. I amended editor-style.css to:
@import url( 'style.css' ); html, body { height: auto !important; }and all is well.
